Diggrd's Editing Notes: Adobe Audition 1.5 was used for fades and to amplify performance and supress crowd applause. CD Wave was used to track songs and FlacFrontend to covert to FLAC at level 8 and TLH to create FLAC fingerprint.

Matt's Editing Notes: Diggrd originally had track 1 and 2 put together so I split them with CD Wave 1.94.5 and converted them to FLAC level 8 with Trader's Little Helper 2.4.1.
